My Sgpt Is 44 And Sgot Is 209. I Am

my sgpt is 44 and sgot is 209. I am on Saaz Da and Methotroxate for treatment of my Anklozying Spondolysis. However, my Cholestrol levels are normal and all other parameters of blood and liver are normal. I have started to visit gym recently.

Please advice.
