My Son Has Spastic Quad Cerebral Palsy Amongst Other Problems

my son has spastic quad cerebral palsy amongst other problems and he recently had to have his baclofen pump removed and he is now taking oral baclofen. His urine output has decrease dramatically and I am having to cath him. He takes 30 mg TID And is taking 4mg Periactin with baclfen TID. He also has valium 7.5 mg as needed for additional spasms. Do you think I should try to wean him down to 20mg and take valium as needed?? thank you
