my wife has been taking tramadol hcl 50 mg 1-2. tablets 3 times per dad. the rx was written for 1oo for a 30 day she had full back surgery-10 hr operation in which the neurosurgeon inserted a titanium rod on both sides of the spine. the surgeon had good results except for the lower part of the spine which was so twisted and he said he couldn't straighten it. during the previous 2-3 years she had been taking very strong meds ie;
oxycotin, florial with codeine, perkasete, etc. she stop using these meds approximately a year ago. the current family seems to be reluctant in renewing this med.
I really don't understand how a dr can prescribe a for a monthly amount of 100 tablets,but 1-2 tablets 3XDAY
WHICH EQUATES to approximately a 16 day supply.
