my wife has diabetes. Lately her blood sugar lever has been going up and down like a roller coaster from a high of 192 to a low of 61. She goes from being normal, functioning wise, to being what I call being in LA LA Land. She is here physically but not mentally. The highs and lows have happened twice today last check about an hour ago it was up to 174. I simply do not know if I need to get her top a hospital of wait until her doctor appointment this coming Friday 10/28. Please advise, I am very concerned
