my wife is 2 months pregnant. After seeking doctor's advice she has been prescribed with different medicines. The medicines are as follows:

Din Ds
Folinext Gold
Lupigest

I want to know if there medicines are okay to go with as she is in her first two months pregnancy. I know since doctor has prescribed it there is no need to be worried about but I am feeling to give any medicines at this early stage, i am worried about any side effects in the long run, if there are any. fingers crossed
