13:30 6/25/18 - MRI of (R) Shoulder shows shoulder repair in tact wi th no sign of tear on labrum
09:30 6/26/18 - Diagnosed with DVT in (R) arm - Occ. Brachial v. and Occ. Basilic v. from mid arm to cubital
- several "questionable" thrombus in (R) shoulder in subclavian v.
11:00 6/26/18 - began oral tablets of Rivaroxaban 15mg 2x daily
15:00 6/26/18 - skin on (R) anterior wrist through palm and fingertips noticeably itchy
13:50 6/26/18 - (R) hand cool to the touch, but clammy
19:30 6/26/18 - Noticed a low grade fever 99.5F
18:15 6/26/18 - fatigue in entire body, increased swelling in skin surround DVT spread to entire (R) arm
19:45 6/26/18 - feeling of overall tiredness, vision baegan to blur, increase in body temp (100.8F)
20:00 6/26/18 - heart rate variability ( 58 bpm - 113 bpm -82 bpm - 61 bpm -107 bpm - 115 bpm ) over 1 minute at rest

20:30 6/26/18 - balance issues, excessive sweating, short breath, no chest pain or cough. mid-forearm through fingers itch as if hives are present
