ok have you ever eaten something kinda sharp and swallowed it and it hurt while it went down your throat? well today after eating an orange i got several piercing chest pains all across my chest and it lasted like 30 minutes. it was hard to take a deep breath and it hurt all over my chest. eventually it went away but i still could kinda feel it lurking. it kinda reminded me of my menstrual cycle getting ready to start the lower back pain you sometimes get. what could this be?
