Once Or Twice A Year I Get A Sore On

once or twice a year I get a sore on my chin. It starts out as a sore spot (same place each time) gets red and after about two days if feels like there is a zit under the skin. Then the red area gets bigger and swells out. Then it starts to ooze a clear liquid and forms a crust patch like a scab. Then it gets a little bigger and forms more crust. The crust comes off with out causing the skin to break or bleed. Then the swelling goes down after 8-10 days but the area is still sensitive for 10-14 days
