Outbreak Red Itchy Rashes On Face, Chest, Arms, Neck, Legs, Looks Like Eczema And Psoriasis. Recommendations?

I have an outbreak of red itchy rashes on my skin since May this year. It's on my chest, arms, neck and lower legs. The leg patches look like psoriasis which I have never had before and the upper body rashes look like eczema but I was wondering if there could be a hive component because it's so itchy and volatile and I've never had eczema like this before. In the past it's come up on the back of my hands but only about 2 times in the last 20 years. I'm eating a simple diet of vegetables, gluten free grains, seeds, legumes and sea vegetables. I'm avoiding fruit, gluten and alcohol. I eat raw nut milks, so maybe I should try to go without nuts too? It's extremely painful and persistent so any help or advice would be appreciated. I don't choose to use steroid creams. Thanks Karakrista

hi i had gone through your query and understand your concerns. i would come up with the possibility of ALLERGY -URTICARIA is the cause for your sufferings.

-The body’s defense mechanism, the immune system, reacts to the allergen as if it were a dangerous organism, in trying to neutralize the antigen, the body releases histamine, which produces the allergy symptoms.

-genetic predisposition
-emotional stress
-internal diseases
-physical factors like heat,cold,sun,exertion,pressure,vibrations.
-food and food additives
-Drugs
-insect bites
-intestinal worms
