Over The Past Year I Was Told Several Times That

over the past year i was told several times that i had fluid on my ears.the last time i saw the doctor he said he thought maybe that i had TMJ . its gotten to the point where my ears hurt so bad most nights that i lose alot of sleep tossing and turning because after laying on one side it wakes me feeling like someone has punched me in my ear.Over time ive also started hurting down both sides of my neck and into the middle of my shoulder blades.i also get a funny taste in my throat and mouth at times.if u have any idea what so ever what may be causing all of this please let me know
