Hi,
Welcome to Health Care Magic.
Based on the
MRI findings, you seem to have
rotator cuff injury due to shoulder dislocation. Rotator cuff is a group of muscles surrounding shoulder joint which gives support and contour to the joint . The muscles that comprise rotator cuff are Supraspinatus, infraspinatus, teres minor and subscapularis. You have injured 3 out 0f 4 muscles and subscapularis is severly injured.
You have also injured your shoulder joint badly. All the findings like hill sachs lesion, labrum tear ,
subchondral cyst, etc are suggestive of severe injury.
As far as my decision goes, i would advice you to go for surgery. Because the joint is damaged very badly.Unless you get it treated with surgery, your condition will not improve and would cause recurrent shoulder dislocations and worsen your condition. Medicines will give you temporary relief.
SO, See an Orthopaedician immediately get operated.
Hope you recover soon.
