Patient Of Liver Cirrhosis, Diabetics And Sickle Cell Trait. Taking Azulix, Lasilactone, Betacap And Shelcal. Safe? Alternate Medicine?

I am a patient of Liver cirrhosis, diabetics, Sickle cell trait and large fundal varixes.Now I am taking medicines like Azulix 1MF, Tab. Lasilactone, Tab. Betacap TR 40, Tab. Shelcal CT,Tab. Evion, Syrop Sucral, Tab. Razo.Whether it is safe for me to use or change to any alternative medicine.

Well, binoda as an allopathic doctor I would recommend you to stick to the same medicines.
You are having liver cirrhosis with portal hypertension along with diabetes as your treatment suggests. Just monitor your blood sugar levels periodically and keep an eye on serum Na+ and K+ levels as well. Take lots of fibres in your diet to avoid constipation. You'll do fine. and yes keep regular follow up with your doc.all the best. Dr anirbanbiswasmd
