Rash All Over Body

My husband has a rash all over his body that just appeared out of no where yesterday night. He didn't consume or do anything different then he does every other day but its getting worse and more itchy and its spreading , i dont know if i should take him to an emergency room or if its safe to wait tll morning.

Depends what the rash is really, does it look like hives? Does he have any other symptoms? Try giving him an antihistamine and see if that helps, if not then make an appointment with your GP.
