recently diagnosed with diabetes (7.6) Metaformin 500mg, and high blood pressure hydrochlorothiazide 25mg lisinopril 10mg and high cholesterol atorvasttin calcium 40mg I started taking meds on Tuesday. monday the 12th i started the morning not feeling 100% went to work had oatmeal with 2% milk for breakfast, (0745) 2oz of homemade grilled hamburger patty and 40z yellow squash and 16oz water for lunch (1130) by 2pm i was having explosive diarrhea l twice left work at 2:45. While at home felt k out then at 5:30 started nausea check press at 6:00 was 172 over 108. went to lay down and had cold chills then had to vomit felt better after and went to sleep. woke up 8:30 checked press now 143 over 87. should i worry or just let doc know tomorrow ?
