recurring head pressure sensation/pain. Base of skull where neck muscles meet the skull base. Right side only. Pain lasts a few days then goes away. Recurs every few weeks. Pain recesses up the right hemisphere of my brain. Pain is a sensation, pressure, tingling.
No bumps, swelling or other outward physical signs of inflammation.
