Regarding The Possible Use Of Naltrexone For The Treatment Of

regarding the possible use of naltrexone for the treatment of a 38 year old man who is currently completing a one week stay in an alcohol abuse detox unit......as friend, I have serious concerns about adding this to the mix. First time in a detox unit..he is highly motivated to combat this and has a strong support system of family and friends. He has had a well documented case of ADHD since the age of six years old and has been taking Adderal for this. In addition he has a seizure disorder and is on daily medication for this. had his first seizure at age one and they continued until age 6. Had next known seizure just out of college...has been seizure free since starting medication after this seizure
