s it possible to miscarry this early and not have any bleeding or pain? Since i was 5 weeks I have felt very 'pregnant'. Emotions all over the place, no energy, cramping and LOTS of sickness. But on Monday that all stopped overnight. I woke up and simply didn't feel have pregnant any more. No sickness at all, no cramping and just don't feel pregnant!! I'm really concerned I may have miscarried but not sure if this is possible without bleeding or pains etc.
I haven't even had my first midwife appointment yet, and have tried to get in touch with the team but no one i the office today.
I'm not sure what to do....I feel so emotional about it all...and the thought of telling anyone i'm pregnant just makes cry.
I don't often need much emotional support on here but today I really don't know where else to turn. Thanks all
