i am 35 yr old male, i want to know whether shaking my pennis daily will reduce my sperm count , and will affect my wife from getting pregnant

Doing so will not affect your fertility.
To make your wife pregnant it is advisable to have unprotected sex from day 8 to 20 of her menstrual cycle.
