Suffering From Lichen Plasus Pigmentosus. Is This Hereditary ?
Hello sir I am suffering from Lichen plasus pigmentosus.My mom is also suffering from the same disease. I want to known that is it because of heredity that I am suffering the same??? Also my dermatologist has told me to avoid sunlight. Sunlight is the cause of this disease???

it will take time for it to go. Hydroquinone coupled with vit. A tablets are used ti treat the condition.
LPP is most common on sun-exposed areas such as the face, neck, and flexural folds including the axilla,inguinal ,submammary areas.so avoid sun light.its cause still unknown.but sunlight aggrevate it.
