Homeopathy will not be able to cure your problem. If after 2 months you are still unrelieved it suggests that you require surgical intervention. surgical intervention will surely cure your problem. You don't have to feel depressed.

1. you haven't mentioned about the cause of anal fissure?
2. any history of constipation, STD's, Crohn's disease, IBS,Ulcerative colitis?
3. Symptoms associated with fissure: although pain killers are mentioned,did you noticed any discharge (pus,blood), or any difficulty while micturition?
4. was colonoscopy/sigmoidoscopy done to rule out any underlying disease of anus?
5. avoid straining during stools,take a stool softener for easy passing of bowels/motions, take sitz bath regularly for 15 minutes.
6. usually fissure develops a pseudo membrane over it over a period of time so will not heal fully, so prior to surgery you can go for Anal dilatation.

Yes Homeopathy has an excellent treatment for anal fissure.

If you are seeing results with homeopathic treatment than do continue with it.
For complete cure you have to take the medicines for 4 to 6 months.

I don't know which homeopathic medicines are you taking for anal fissure. But I had seen excellent results with Tab.FP-200 pills and FP-200 ointment.

Avoid spicy food, non-veg, aerated drinks, junk food.

Lastly, relax and be calm.

Increase intake of fiber, especially fruits and cooked vegetables.

An apple or banana each day is helpful. Bananas should be ripe (bright yellow).

Drink 7-8 glasses of water each day, preferably lukewarm in winters and room -temperature water in summers.

Have a mid-morning soup, preferably prepared with spinach and tomato.

Take daily morning and evening walks for at least 20-30 minutes each.
