Suggest Treatment For Over Weight And Pain In Legs

I am over weight and I have been getting shooting pains in my legs and will sometimes feel like they fall asleep, also when i drive i feel like im going to pass out and it comes on really sudden and my heart races. I also get that way if I over do myself with chores but driving is when i normally feel it.

-Don't overeat.
-Take 4-5 liter of water in a day.
