Thank You. For 11 Yrs I Have Been Taking Oxycodone

thank you. For 11 yrs I have been taking oxycodone (30mg) Recently, my doctor has asked me to try suboxone. It is not for me. It makes me very tired, upsets my stomach, But most importantly it does not take away my pain. I am a 53 yr old conservative woman. My body feels like that of an 83 yr old! (and of course my mind doesn't acknowledge anything over 39!!) I am sure my body is addicted to the opiate and wonder why that is considered a very bad thing. However, the research I have done shows that this suboxone must be taken everyday. So whats is the difference? I used to use Subsys Oral as well, but it just didn't seem to make much of difference. During the holidays, I spoke to a cousin of mine. We haven't spoken in years. He also has had health issues for years. I asked him if had tried suboxson. He told me he was taking something called "diluadone'
(spelling???) I have never heard of it. Can you please tell me if this med is similiar to oxycodone (great) or suboxone (ugh), hydrocodone (Makes me tired & again, not a great pain reliever)

In the past, I have tried cyclobenzopene(?), tramadol, lyrica, gambapenten, lidoderm patches. naproxen, Ibuprphen (8oomg) motrin , etc etc etc. Even accupuncture!!!!
There is one item that helped a little bit which was a tenz unit.

So finally my question is regaurding Dilaudon. Something I should look into?
I believe that that my all my ailments have come from a combination of having a gastric bypass,
losing 95 lbs, to having a double mastectomy. Chemo, no radiation. Since, I have been diagnosed with: Cervical stenosis, spinal stenosys, fibromialgia, siatica, osteoporois, illateral band syndrome and recently dumping syndrome. So my body is just not absorting. I currently weigh 104 lbs. Six months ago I had gotten down to 92 lbs. Prior to bypass I weighed 185 - 220 for years. By most recant blood work was a nightmare. My iron came in at 15. & problems with across the board. Severely anemic,
extremely low with vitatam D3, B12, Calcium, etc. My vision is get really bad and within the last year
I have shattered my heel into 14 pieces (fell of a ladder while picking lemons!!) and my teeth are just falling out almost weekly. Six extractions in just the last 2 wks!! Also, I am currently caretaking my 98 yr old grandmother (as well as 3 lg dogs & 3 indoor cats) Fortunately, I am married almost 20 years to not just my husband but my best friend.
So any advice would be of tremendous help & I thank you in advance for your help. So sorry to have written so much.
