The Top, Crown Of My Head Feels Very Bruised And

the top, crown of my head feels very bruised and is very sore to the touch. It has been going on for 4 days, does not feel any better. I have not hit my head or injured it in any way. I have been suffering with excruciating stiff neck and shoulders and last week was on meds for that. HELP
