the uterus is anteverted and normal in size measuring 50x35x34 mm ..
myometrial echopattern is enhomogenous with thickened andometrial stripe measuring 14mm at the time of examination shows no evident of intrauterine pregnancy nor myometrial mass leaion .. there is no subchorionic hemorrhage .. both adnexae and cul de sac are unremarkable .. cervix is intact ..
right ovary : 12x11 mm
lft ovary : 13x12 mm
