the uterus is anteverted and normal in size measuring 50x35x34 mm .. myometrial echopatern is inhomogenous with thickened enfometrial stripe measuring 14mm .. at the time of examination shows no evident of intrauterine pregnancy nor myometrial mass mesion .. there is no subchorionic hemorrhage .. both adnexae and cul de sac are unremarkable .. cervix is intact ..
