Type 2 Diabetic

My husband is a type 2 diabetic, earlier this evening he had excessive trembling, nauseas, his blood pressure is 144/70 and the pulse 118. Please give me advice

If there is a stress on his part, then it shall be shown in this manner. Pulse pressure is a bit high. Nauseating condition, was his blood sugar tested, it is also very much important. As one can have such symptoms in high and low blood sugars.
