Hi there, I am feeling unwell from last 10 days. Sometimes I get low grade fever as well 37.7 especially after having a meal. My doctor gave me roxythromycin 300 mg a day. I don t have a sore throat , runny nose and headache except twitching of my calf muscles time to time. What could it be?
Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Use tablet paracetamol thrice a day for five days. Use water vapor inhalation and salt water gargling thrice a day for five days. Use tablet levocetirizine. Drink plenty of water and liquids.
If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
