What Causes Persistent Nose Drip With Odor?

I have a drippy congested nose. However, the discharge a a horrible taste and smell. so much so that is making me sick to my stomach. I have been to the doctor and have already received a very potent antibiotic shot. my symptoms are still remaining and I am very concerned.

Some bacterias like anaerobics can produce bad smell and taste. It takes a little longer than usual to treat such infections. I recommend you to do culture studies of the secretions in order to find out the specific organism which is causing the problem and then also it will help finding the antibiotic to which the organism ll be most suseptible.
