What Could Be The Reason For The Pain In Chest, Shoulder And In Ribs With High Pulse Rate During Pregnancy?

I'm 37 weeks pregnant and been having occasional chest pain making my left arm tingle but had 2 EKG tests done 3 weeks ago and everything came back normal today I'm having sharp pains in my ribs and pain whims my left shoulder blade and again ocassional chest pain my lips are looking a little white and I keep feeling what feels like bubbles in my chest and upper abdomen my pulse has been like 102-106 bpm all day

Hi,
Thanks for the query.
As your ECG etc are normal, the symptoms you are having could be due to physiological changes in pregnancy.
During pregnancy, the heart rate can increase.
Due to enlargement of the uterus, abdominal organs will be pushed towards thorax.
This can lead to breathlessness, pain in ribs etc.

Gastritis, regurgitation of the food etc are common findings in pregnancy.
This can lead to heart burn etc symptoms.
By taking measures like:
-Taking the food at more frequent intervals
-Maintaining gap of around 2 hours between food and sleep
-Using antacids if needed etc,
the symptoms can be decreased to some extent.
