The isthmus within normal limits at 0.3 cm.
OPINION: NORMAL SIZED THYROID WITH SLIGHTLY COARSE ECHOTEXTURE, A NONSPECIFIC FINDING. LABORATORY CORRELATION TO ASSESS THYROID FUNCTION TESTS SHOULD BE OF BENEFIT.
