what does it mean subtle broad basedvascular fullness arising from the medial surface of the ophthalmic segment of the left ica. 2 mm blister aneurysm versus ulcerated atheroscierotic plaque. I had this mri done a couple of years ago. I am reading the report now only because I keep getting dizzy it only last for a couple of seconds but it is constent. I am a little nervous but have not seen a doctor yet, the dizziness started a couple of weeks ago.. thank you Darlene
