My Trans virginal scan result reads: the uterus is anteverted and bulky. A large intra uterine fundal heterogenous mass about 61×54mm with multiple peripheral cystic degeneration and a central larger cyst noted. Color Doppler shows hyperaemia within the mass. What does this mean? I had an abortion in march and my period is late. Though I do not have any symptoms of pregnancy, my urine and blood test are positive.
