Hello,
In the current scenario, you would need the help of a specialist, get a complete evaluation including a trans-vaginal sonogram, blood counts and urinalysis apart from a thorough clinical exam. You may need an antibiotic coverage, coagulation profile done to exclude bleeding disorders and a surgical evacuation done under sterile precautions and followed by a confirmatory trans-vaginal sonogram. This should be followed by contraception for at least 3 months. Hope your query has been clarified. Wish you good health.
