What Is The Burning Sensation On The Tip Of My Penis?

Hi
Last Saturday the the tip of my penis was burning. when i check it look irritated and it has something white on the tip. it burn when i do pee.... i trough water on it and when to bed the next day i did not have it anymore but it still burn a little ... what this can be?
