What Is The Cure For Sore Itchy Anus Which Is Red In Color Of A 8 Year Old Child?
My 8 yr old child complained of a sore itchy anus. When I looked it was extremely red and bigger than the normal outline. I have washed it and put sudocream on for tonight. He said it started yesterday. Do you suggest anything else and what could it be?

Hi itchy rash in a 8 yrs old child can be perianal dermatitis due to echnicoccus or round worms.it present as erythematous with severe itching.use of albendazole weekly once for 3 weeks.atarax 10g at night .antibiotic twice daily along with calamine in the morning and flutibact ointment in the night
