Hi,
We have concern for you. PTSD, called post traumatic stress disorder can be very hard to manage and is not possible to suggest on a portal.
You need a very good psychiatrist who should assess you, rightly diagnose you ( whether you really have it or something else) and then put you on drugs as well as behavioral therapy. With persistence, you could successfully get rid of it.
All the best, and have a fast recovery.
