What Is The Yellow Discharge On My Underwear?

Hi, I saw on my underwear today that I had a thick beige/yellow colour discharge, I was sexually active two weeks ago but it only slightly went in. I m on birth control and I m finishing my pack tomorrow and i usually get my period wednesday, is this a normal period symptom or pregnant symptom?
