What Should Be Normal Value Of RDW- SD And RDW-CV ?

hello i am 56 years old my test show me my rdw-cv is 14.4 and rdw-sd is 47.6 lym is 3.95 please help me what do i do

RDW-CV: ref. range 11.5-15.4 %,for you RDW-CV IN NORMAL range
RDW-SD: ref. range 35.1-46.3,FOR YOU RDW-SD IN BLIGHTER range
lym is reduced,
decreases in LYM include kidney problems and viral infections.
any way you have a little bit anemia and kidney or viral infection is suspected by this value
any way you consult your doctor who advised to do so
