When I Lay Down My Feet Tingle Very Badly.. I

when I lay down my feet tingle very badly.. I have had nerv damage in my left leg 2years ago I could not fill half my leg and it was serverly painful when I fall from weakness in the leg I had no strength I had very trouble walking ... it is exstremely better know but I have sever pain in my back now ... could all of that have anything to do with the tingling in my feet... please help
