when i get home from work i sit on the couch an watch tv, my hands starts to tingle like they are falling asleep and it sometimes hurt between my fingers... sometimes one hand and sometimes both... when i go to bed i sleep on my side with one arm under my pillow... one hand falls asleep... it wakes me up in the middle of the night... i'm 46 years old Male... non smoker... a little over weight... WHATS UP DOC???
