when my heart rate increases, it seems like I have a plug in my left ear and I can hear a pulsating sound , like when it happens if my air conditioner is on I hear like the motor is trying to quit, the same with my O2 concentrator. then when it goes back down I don't hear it anymore. I do have copd and I use my o2 24 hrs , my o2 drops with exertion. But this just started a few weeks ago
