why are the waiting facilities in such a bad state in the ICU area, you have work going on in an open area producing alot of noise and dust. Would it not be easier sealing or boarding the area off whilst the work takes place. Personally speaking in terms of being a private hospital I would have expected it to be little more modern with the time we live in and the cleanliness and particular issues in regards to health and safety being to a certain standard. other than that I can highly recommend the services provided by the team of staff that have provided the procedures and maintainence of the patient.

I feel the above improvements could probably make the hospital a bit welcoming and comfortable for the distressed family members of the patients.
