hi,thanks for query.In normal sleep there two types one is deep and one is light sleep.In fact dreams reflect what you brain does not allow you to see or feel when you are awake,as it is your mind under full control of your thoughts.When you are sleeping you have thoughts at subconscious level which are suppressed in day time.Some form of stress can lead to this.Try stress relaxation technique like yoga,meditation to increase your mind power and have peaceful sleep.
