Working Overnight, Getting Little Sleep, Eating More Calories. Ability To Burn Down Calories Slow Down?
I work overnights and get little sleep, lately I have been eating more calories than I should for my daily allowance. I am more active, it isn't like I just sit around and eat. I suppose what I want to know is: does your ability to burn calories slow down if you are not sleeping a lot, and active during that time but eating more?
