Wrinkles On The Head Of My Penis

hi i am 18 years old and within the last year i have noticed some pretty noticable wrinkles on the head of my penis. i am circumsized and the wrinkles are even noticable when i am erect. is this normal?

hi..., the wrinkles on the fore skin of the penis is normal....
some times the shedding of the skin on the glans of the penis can also appear same..
when it is completely shed , then penis will become normal...
