my mother (79 years old with alzheimers, pig valve replacement, pacemaker, and diabetes) has episodes where her blood pressure spikes and she vomits for 60 minutes straight. This has happened 5 times in the last 2 years (with the last 2 times being within the last 7 days). She is brought to the hospital and they hydrate her and get her blood pressure under control, but they have no idea why it happens.
