yes. so they want to do a fitness test for court and they have county doctors now my counselor who was provided by the county and has since left has her masters degree and she was my counselor for 6 years and she says that I am fit for a jury trial but the court DuPage county IL. wants a doctor of Physiology and they will only allow their doctor or I can not have a jury trial and I want a second option and I did not flash a women in a McDonalds and I am a short white man please help me
