What Causes White Spots On Tongue With Headache?
Hi, my son is 4 and a cough started tuesday night so he did not go to school on the Wednesday as was awake all night. Was fine thou. Went to school Thursday then that night had a tempreature, still coughing and not eating much so saw the doctors in the the morning, nothing serious they said. Today he has a very red tounge with lots of white spots on it and is saying his head hurts sometimes. But he is running about happy. Please help.

This could be due to cough and fever dont worry take warm saline inhalation, take lukewarm saline rinses and you will be fine.
Take complete course of antibiotics and analgesics.
Take multivitamin suplements.
