Hello and welcome to healthcare forum.
When you take acitrom, it decreases the process of blood coagulation that leads to oozing from your legs wounds leading to swelling of the limbs and opening of the wounds.
First of all you require thorough investigation to know the cause of this recurrent DVT, which is many times auto immune and can be controlled.
Continue acitrome in possible low dose and get secondary closure of your wound under antibiotic cover. Continue use of elastocrep stockings.
Best wishes for your health.
