Hi, I have very bad neck pain cannot turn my head left, I have not driven since November my head seems to be aching. Have changed pillows. My doctor said it is lock jaw but I really don t think so. I don t grind my teeth and I am not sleeping. Any answers

From history it seems that you might be having some degenerative changes in your cervical spines causing cervical spondilits producing this problem.
Go for x-ray cervical spine.
Physiotherapy, short way diathermy will be helpful.
